• Chicken
  It all started w/ the most tender, juicy barbecued chicken you have ever tasted our famous chicken is slow-roasted & sealed in it’s own juices w/ no added preservatives. Our original barbeque sauce is cholesterol free & prepared daily from scratch w/ just the right spices to compliment your meal. We still use ancient rotisserie ovens that were built decades ago. Why? Because nobody builds them like that anymore. New ovens rush the process at the expense of quality.
• Soups & Salads
  Entice your appetite w/ one of our delicious salads or cold plates. We have been making the best chicken caesar & a variety of cold plates w/ our own hand sliced chicken breasts for decades. We also offer daily homemade chicken soups, garlic bread, & our own haugen’s garden salad.
• Desserts
  Try our old-fashioned homemade pies made from scratch daily w/ wholesome ingredients. We are famous for our fresh strawberry & our coconut cream pies. Also enjoy apple, cherry, raisin, blueberry & pumpkin.
• Ribs
  Our “fall off the bone” baby back ribs are slow-cooked, barbecued to perfection & basted w/ our famous rib sauce. Ordered as full rack, half rack or try the best of both worlds & get a chicken & rib combo.
• Burgers & Sandwiches
  Haugen’s​ has an assortment of various classic sandwiches, wraps & hamburgers to satisfy any sandwich lover. We offer a triple decker clubhouse, crispy club wraps, chicken salad, western & BLT just to name a few. All sandwiches & burgers come w/ real fresh cut fries for the classic experience.
• Beverages
  At haugen’s we still go the extra mile for our customers. In addition to the regular beverages we offer bottled root beer & our old fashion style milkshakes in tons of flavors. Ever tried a cotton candy shake? How about bubble gum, orange cream or blue vanilla? When was the last time you had a fountain float made w/ real ice cream? You can get it all at haugen’s. If you’re looking for something from the bar, we offer various mixed drinks & cocktails, domestic & imported beer & our own, o’haugen’s coffee. We also carry wines from pelee island winery.
