We were utterly delighted by our experience at Restaurant l'Empreinte on a rainy Wednesday evening. Each course -- made with fresh local ingredients -- had an integrity and beauty of its own, the wine pairings were delicious, and the pacing was perfect. Benoît was a fantastic host and storyteller.
