So as with all my reviews this places looses one star for being cash only. They offer a bank transfer alternative but that is a pain. The food is good, thick bacon rashes, quality sausages, the eggs were hard fried but maybe I should have asked for runny yokes. The decor and service has not changed since the 80's, maybe that's why it's cash only. The 80's might be the last time they bought genuine HP sauce, what was in the bottle was brown, but the makers of HP would not be please with this impersonation. The coffee is instant, not the good stuff you have at home, cross between coffee and dish water. Stick to tea if visiting. If you fancy taking your kids to a cafe like it was in the day, it's worth a visit. Like one of those live reinactment places. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £10–20

This is a hidden gem. It has plenty of seating inside and some outside. It serves breakfast and lunch. The prices are very reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of choices in breakfast options. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10

Thankyou to the ladies of ten acres cafe, had a fab Xmas meal on weds 16th !! We all had a fab time , excellent food as always !!! XXXX
