Went to clitheroe castle today , I googled 3cs cafe which is in the grounds the day before to see if it was open , it said it was on their website !!! The lady in the museum said it probably wasn’t open but my self & sister started to walk around the grounds to find it , however I’d to give up walking got out of breath , sent my sister to see if was open she walked right up to the door & it was all locked up no one about Maybe let people know if your not opening save people a journey. Lunch it was at Booths in town then .

We LOVE coming to 3c’s cafe It really is a hidden gem and it’s run by a local family! The staff are always friendly and the food is lovely! I highly recommend the cheese and tomato toastie! Came to the BBQ this weekend and it was yummy - I hope you’ll do more in the future! My only complaint is that there’s too many flavours of ice cream to choose from I’m slowly working my way through them although I’ve got to say - the bounty one has been my favourite Ruth’s homemade cakes are scrumptious too - currently loving the rolo blondies Keep doing what you’re doing xx
