Theres this rude woman who assumed i was stealing bc i did self check out and it said “ item removed” it asked for a bag and i just removed it and i was just buying a slurpee. Lmao. Make sure ur employees treat teens better instead of treating them like they are every other teen who steals. Make them feel like its a safer environment where they can js walk in and buy stuff. And clearly ive seen the reviews. Yeah its true they dont care abt costumer service. Today a bunch ofcostumers were waiting for over 10 mins bc no one was at the till.
