I had a very disappointing experience at this 7-Eleven location. My friend and I visited the store and politely asked for assistance, but the staff member named Dhruva behaved in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. She raised her voice at us and used inappropriate language in Hindi, which made us feel insulted and uncomfortable—especially since there were several other customers present at the time. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a customer service role. I respectfully request that management take this matter seriously and ensure proper training and professionalism among staff. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to others.
