I had a really frustrating experience at this 7-Eleven. I stopped in specifically to use the washroom, only to be told I couldn’t because they “don’t give out the key.” There was no clear explanation, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping or offering any alternative. It’s honestly ridiculous for a convenience store to deny basic access like that, especially when you’re a paying customer. The lack of consideration and poor customer service really stood out. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I’d recommend others think twice if they expect even basic amenities.

Take my advice, dont eat here unless its your last resort. Sadly for merritt, this is the only option sometimes. After i saw what happened with a cashier and another customer tonight i will not shopping here unless it is my absolute last resort. I want to give this location at least a 3 because of how much they have improved and how nice some of the workers are but the rude cashiers that they have ruined it
