Tried A1 Sweets multiple times, and it has easily become one of our go-to spots for quick and satisfying snacks in the Scarborough area. One thing that stands out consistently is their good food quality at very reasonable prices. It’s the kind of place where you can grab a variety of items without feeling like you’re overspending. We’ve tried quite a few items from their menu including samosas, chole bhature, pav bhaji, thali, gajar halwa, tikki, samosa chaat, and dahi bhalla, and overall, the experience has been very positive. The samosas are always fresh and flavorful, and most of the other dishes also taste freshly prepared, which adds to the overall appeal. They do offer dine-in, but the seating space is quite limited. Because of that, takeout is usually the better option, especially during busy hours. The food may not be overly fancy or gourmet, but it delivers exactly what you expect—decent taste, freshness, and value for money. It’s a solid choice when you’re craving quick Indian snacks or a simple meal. If you’re someone who appreciates affordable, tasty, and freshly made food, this place is definitely worth giving a try.
