Absolutely terrible experience. Our order took over an hour to arrive and when it finally did, it was cold and missing the chicken korma. We called to sort it out, but the customer service on the phone was shocking – I had to repeat myself several times and was spoken to rudely.

My partner then took over the call and was met with even more rudeness, told we could have a korma in 20 minutes (after which all the food would have been even colder anyway) and that they couldn’t do anything because the boss wasn’t there and would call us back. We called back minutes later and magically the boss was there – unbelievably, the boss actually told us we were wrong and insisted the korma was in the bag, when it clearly wasn’t.

We asked for a refund and were refused, offered a free meal next time instead. We then said we wanted either a solution or a refund, even agreeing to give back all of the untouched food that had arrived (which was their suggestion), but when we asked if they were coming to collect it they then told us they couldn’t do it.

After some back and forth, they did resend the korma rice and naan which fair play. But the way we were treated – spoken to so rudely and basically called liars – is completely unacceptable. Food was cold, service was shocking, and we definitely won’t be ordering again.

Food was amazing so I cannot give it one star. I was overcharged by £5. I ordered chicken madras curry £5.50, chicken dansak curry £5.50, chicken jalfrezi curry £6.20, chips £1.90, onion bhaji £2.50 and a mango chutney dip £0.90 bringing a grand total £22.50 so why was I charged £27. I order from here every week but not any more. I won't order another curry from there. Word of advice total your bill before the delivery driver arrives so not to get ripped off. Wish I did now.

Ordered a curry for a delivery for 7pm,to be delivered to South Lychett Manor campsite,20 mins later we still were waiting,told we had been rung twice, um no we hadn’t. Turned out they had written our number down incorrect. Upon opening onion bhajees had been left out. This meal was for 6 people and cost £85. The customer service was shocking and the food wasn’t much better.
