Based on my experiences, aleco Rotenburg ..... is by far the branch with the unfriendly employees. Terrible staff. Highly aggressive, especially the gentleman (salesperson). If you don't cover your mouth and nose you are banned from entering the house. Even with liberation! If you cover your mouth and nose (thick scarf) you will be loudly verbally attacked and reprimanded if your nose sticks out for a moment. The male employee emphasized his aggressive behavior by slamming his hand on the counter. Insults the customers as lateral thinkers and rambles about Berlin demos. Threatens with expulsion and house rules. He has expressly been ordered by the boss to throw out customers without mouth and nose coverings despite a certificate. He cannot provide written instructions from the boss. My opinion and recommendation is to go shopping in Sottrum aleco, they are very customer friendly there. Luckily, we stayed calm and made the sellers aware of their misconduct towards customers
