During our trip to Canada, we were craving some authentic North Indian food, and finding Amaya at Conestoga Mall in Waterloo was truly a pleasant surprise. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with so much warmth and kindness. The food was simply outstanding — every dish was full of authentic flavors & made with care. What made our visit even more memorable was meeting the owners. We had such a lovely conversation with them and enjoyed hearing their stories, their journey, and the rich culture they brought into their food. It wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience filled with great food, heartfelt conversations, and beautiful memories. If you are in Waterloo and craving authentic Indian cuisine, Amaya is a must-visit. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Canada. Highly recommended !! We did catering with Amaya express Conestoga… food quality n quantity were so good. Delicious food in terms of vegetarian option. Also they do without onion garlic if in case need.
