I rarely leave reviews but today was a special kind of crap. One poor member of staff working on his own on a Saturday morning. Ordered 2 full breakfasts and a bacon roll. He apologised profusely and said there would be a 10 minute wait, no worries, we ain't in a rush. Waited a whole 45 minutes for food to come. My breakfast came without an egg but I didn't even bother saying anything. Food was meh. Never got our teas or coffees so had to ask for my money to be refunded. I felt sorry for the guy but I certainly won't be returning. I told one of the cashiers downstairs and she said it's not even their staff that run it. Great views, shan cafe. Abysmal service. Shocking food. Terrible atmosphere. Fryer was broken so got no potato scone Tomato looked like it had been spewed up and put on my plate.
