I had a wonderful experience at Ask Italian. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Kasia, who was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. Her excellent customer service really made the experience even more enjoyable. Absolutely amazing experience at Ask Italian! From the moment we walked in, everything was fantastic. The food was delicious, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. Every dish we ordered tasted fresh and authentic, from the pasta to the sides and desserts. The portions were generous, and everything arrived beautifully presented and hot. What really made our visit stand out, however, was the exceptional service we received from Joel. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience from start to finish. Joel was welcoming, friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive without ever being overwhelming. He checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect, gave great recommendations, and made us feel genuinely valued as customers. It’s rare to come across service that leaves such a positive impression, but Joel truly made the evening special. His warm attitude and attention to detail added so much to our dining experience and made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our visit. The atmosphere at Ask Italian was lovely, relaxed, and perfect for enjoying a meal with family or friends. Combined with the quality of the food and outstanding customer care, this was one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in a while. A huge thank you to Joel for providing such incredible service — he is a real credit to the team. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Ask Italian to anyone looking for delicious Italian food and top-quality hospitality!
