I went there about an hour ago and had a really nice experience. Harman helped me during my visit and was very friendly, polite, and quick with the service. The food was fresh and delicious, and everything was served on time. The place was clean and well-organized too. Really appreciate the great customer service from Harman—would definitely visit again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I just had lunch at this location and we both used the washroom. The men's washroom had piss all over the floor and dead bugs in the sink. The women's washroom was filthy and also had bugs near the sink. We ordered a mamma burger with cheese and a teen burger combo with onion rings. The burgers were cold even though we specifically asked for fresh made food. I could tell they just re dropped the onion rings in the oil, because they were just burnt. While I was eating my burger I noticed there was only 1 piece of bacon on the teen burger, so I approached the employee and asked how many pieces are supposed to be on the teen burger. She replied there is supposed to be 1 piece cut in half. I have been going to AnW for a very long time and it was always 2 pieces of bacon cut in half. We don't mind paying more money due to inflation but when you go to this restaurant and they give you shitty service and food and charge you almost $30.00 for one meal and an extra burger. I would expect there to be good hot food. Needless to say. Never returning to this location. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

All I have to say is that everytime I come here no matter what I order though drive though I always get pulled aside and quite frankly I’m over it. I never order anything I would say is “uncommon” but the fact that EVERY TIME I get told to park is ridiculous. And it’s not just for 2-3 minutes, it’s usually 7-10 minutes. Food is always good. Service and speed just isn’t their speciality. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
