Excellent food, but a 45minute wait to receive order is unacceptable. 1 person in the kitchen and 1 person out front is not enough when trying to satisfy 20 covers. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: £10–20

Came today for afternoon tea. Been before and it was gorgeous, but today the girl told me there was no Staff on so had to walk away. So disappointing as it was our anniversary. Hope it's just a temporary thing.x

Apologies for your disappointment on this visit, unfortunately staff absence is completely out of our control, our afternoon teas are also heavily advertised as booking only as we always have fresh bakes on them so we wouldn’t have been able to facilitate a last minute walk in. But if you’d like to get one booked in please do contact us and I’m sure you’d enjoy it

First time here and it definitely won't be our last. I had a Chicken Caesar salad which was divine, probably the best I have ever had and hubby had the Abbey Inn burger which he thoroughly enjoyed (and he's pretty fussy about burgers) . Staff were lovely and friendly which is always a bonus!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £20–30 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
