Hi Caroline, we appreciate your honest review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one.After looking into this incident I know that after having a check back and telling the staff member everything was okay, our assistant manager then refunded all 3 main meals as a gesture of goodwill to apologise for the wait time. Outside app orders do not get priority but the kitchen staff prepare each ticket in the order they come through so I apologise if it seemed other tickets were being sent before yours but this would not be the case. It may not have seemed particularly busy for you but I know it was rather busy for the amount of staff that were working with it being the start of the bank holiday weekend with very high temperatures. Our deepest apologies again that you didn’t receive the service we strive to provide but we do hope you reconsider visiting us again in the future. Greg & team.
