Paid over $200 for the event and ended up being physically mishandled by Soda's security at the end of the night. I lost my wallet and simply asked for a moment to look for it - instead of helping or even speaking respectfully, the security aggressively pushed furniture aside and grabbed me by the arms to force me out. This was completely unprofessional, unsafe, and unacceptable. Soda's team showed zero discipline, zero training, and zero respect for paying customers. I strongly recommend Acqua Supper Club to reconsider working with Soda. Their behaviour creates a dangerous environment and ruins the reputation of the venue. No one deserves to be treated like this.
