I ordered salad, gyro and RICE for my lunch. Got all the way back to work to realize that they didn’t listen to my order but I was welcome to take more time out of my day to correct their error in not listening. That was it - just a straight exchange to receive the thing I ordered. The food that you order and actually want is descent, but when the customer service lacks and you don’t get what you order it’s hard to recommend this place. As someone who works in customer care, the care and listening is definitely lacking. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I recently ordered the Greek poutine from Acropolis Gyro Corner and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The food quality was not good at all. The ingredients did not seem fresh and the overall taste was off. There were also some small bits in the poutine that didn’t look right, which made the dish feel unpleasant to eat. I also regret that I forgot to take a picture of the food, but the condition and taste were definitely not what I expected when ordering from a restaurant. On top of that, the staff’s attitude was not professional. The person I spoke with was talking in a high and rude tone, which made the situation even more frustrating as a customer. Overall, this experience was very disappointing. I hope the restaurant improves the quality of their ingredients and also works on better customer service so other customers don’t have the same experience.
