Fajny hotel w fajnej cenie, okolica spokojna oraz blisko do sklepów. Pokoje przestronne, czyste, łóżko bardzo wygodne. Uważam że oświetlenie pokoju też bardzo na plus. Obsługa bardzo miła oraz pomocna. Jedyny minus to parking, fajnie by było jakby hotel miał swój parking przy hotelu, lecz uważam że parking który jest dostępny jest okej 3 min pieszo.

It was not one of the best Premier Inns we have stayed at but met our needs for visiting Mercedes World one day and Brooklands Museum, the next day. Essentially room was clean and usual room style. Breakfast was ok, though choice was the same as other Premier Inns, slight differences like yogurt in a large bowl rather than pots, much prefer a pot of yogurt. Also some of the bakery items, did not taste fresh, like the pancakes. The main let down for this hotel was lack of customer service, on first arrival was not welcoming and no assistance with booking in, with other Premier Inns, much more positive and assistance given using the screens. Later on I wanted to request an extra mug and it took time for someone to appear after ringing the bell but again did not get the vibes of welcoming or making our stay the best it could be At breakfast, the same, little engagement with checking in, had to say ourselves, where do we sit and no communication throughout to ask us how our breakfast experience was. They simply collected plates in silence. The friendliness and communication and ensuring a great stay did not come across to us during our one night stay. It was difficult to find the drop off parking on site, we did not find it, probably not helped with it being dark. We did not use the local car instead we used a driveway space on Just Park for ease and we could exit and return within any issues. Service: 1

Room and location good. However restaurant was under staffed, waited an hour for a pizza to be told the doh had gone bad offered to choose something else however at 9pm it’s too late. I stay in premier inns most weeks but will avoid this one Service: 1
