I’ve been going around rating lots of restaurants across Ontario for the past 2 years + after tasting their meals and services. This was my first time buying from Afro Spice Chophouse who gave me a very NEGATIVE experience (little business owners need to learn from big scale food chain companies: you sell both experience & good food, not the other way round). So I ordered rice and stew + moi moi (3 packs) + puff puff (2 packs) and fried plantains online through Uber Eats (02/12/2026). After waiting about 2 hrs to get the delivery (that was the first insane part)the food came and half of it was missing (you can imagine my mood when I realized thatI was with the Uber driver and he told me that’s exactly how he collected the food package sealed from the restaurant). I was shocked as there was NO PLAINTAIN, NO PUFF PUFF and the rice & stew was completely tasteless 110%. And Uber hasn’t refunded me yet. Such an awful, disgusting and bad experience. I wish I could give them negative stars (—) review instead of just 1. I would never advise my followers or close contacts to buy food here. "Afro Spice Chophouse" you’re a disappointment to Africans and African businesses in Canada. I mean everything being said in this review. NOTE: don’t bother reaching out to me and asking me to take off my review . Focus on making your food taste better and stop stealing . Can’t help businesses that don’t want to help themselves. I hope people reads this before buying. Stay blessed everyone. Price per person: CA$80–90 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It is unfortunate that you feel this way. People who eat our food know our worth. I am not sure what went on between you and the uber driver but your food left our restaurant in less than forty minutes and every item you ordered was complete
