We spent New Years Eve here with our family as we have done for three years now. It was clear that there had been some mix up with bookings for the evening and they appeared to be over booked, which has never happened before. However, the staffed coped very well and seemed to manage to accommodate everyone. The buffet was well stocked with a variety of gorgeous food that we all enjoyed. The staff were polite,helpful and friendly. Especially the young woman serving us in the event area, which they used for the extra guests. The Agra is a lovely place to eat and we will be going again soon. I would recommend their buffet nights to everyone. Good food, good service,reasonable prices and a nice atmosphere.
