Had a great meal with fish tacos and fish and chips. Best fish I've had in a long time! Fun and charming hang out as well. Highly recommend if you are ever in town. Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is awesome!!! Great local atmosphere and good food. We didn't wait long for the food. Awesome owner. Small indoor dining area when raining. This place is funky in all the good ways. Most of the parking is across the street in two small dirt lots. I really want to say this was a great casual dining experience with an owner who loves what she does. Price per person: CA$20–30

We had a great time and great food at Alestine's tonight. Whitefish and chips, pulled pork poutine, and fried bread dessert -- all excellent and good sized portions. The staff (owner?) was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. She (and everyone else there) also sang happy birthday to my wife! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
