Can't speak for their cold food but the hot food leaves something to be desired. Loved the granary bread but sadly the egg yolk was hard but the egg was a bit undercooked and snotty, first time for me that. I finished it and it's not the worst thing one ever had I just think like toasted bread, self yolks and bacon with the fat a little cooked would go a long way. I will be going back to try other things but for the sandwich I got £6.10 was a bit of a stretch. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

We stopped off at Alexander's Sandwich Bar today and bought 4 freshly prepared baguettes. They offer a good variety of tasty fillings and all the the salad looked very fresh. We really enjoyed our baguettes and I can definitely recommend the festive mix if you visit at the right time of the year. We'll pop in again if we're back in the area.
