I had a very frustrating experience at All Beef. I ordered the classic poutine for $15 plus tip, and I politely mentioned that for that price, I expected it to have a good amount of cheese. Unfortunately, it barely had any cheese. When I brought it up, the staff told me “that’s the portion” and said if I wanted more cheese, I would have to pay extra. Instead of trying to understand my concern or offer a solution, the response felt dismissive. I ended up leaving the food untouched because I was not happy with the way it was handled. I hired All Beef Catering and Smokehouse to cater my son’s wedding in Bragg Creek as I was at a wedding a year ago where I experienced their roast beef dinner. Don was excellent to communicate with and accommodated all of my needs from Vegan options, picking up cutlery ahead of time and dropping off a midnight snack. The food was delicious (horseradish amazing!). They were timely, professional, reasonable and just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Recommended dishes: BBQ
