The jerk chicken and jerk pork you ordered were both sold as 1lb portions and at our restaurant we carefully weigh all cooked meat portions before packing. Because the weight is measured after cooking rather than before cooking, customers are actually receiving a full pound of ready to eat meat rather than raw meat weight. Regarding pricing, orders placed through Skip The Dishes are subject to delivery app pricing, which differs from our in-store menu prices due to the fees charged by the platform. In this case, the coleslaw was listed on Skip for $7.75, which is the delivery app price rather than our restaurant dine-in/takeout price. We’re also sorry to hear your comments about the gravy. Our gravy is prepared fresh and while some natural oil separation can occur during transport, it certainly should not have detracted from your meal.
