Ampulle was one of the standout dining experiences of my trip to Germany. The restaurant strikes a great balance between upscale dining and a relaxed atmosphere, making it feel special without feeling overly formal. We sat outside on a beautiful evening with friends, which made for a great dining experience. The service was attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout the meal. The highlight of the evening was the steak, a dry-aged ribeye. It was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and served with sautéed spinach and toasted pine nuts. The quality of the ingredients and attention to detail were obvious from the first bite. It was easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Dessert was equally impressive. The crème brûlée was excellent, but what really stood out was the delicate spun sugar on top. The presentation was beautiful, and it tasted every bit as good as it looked. It was one of the most memorable desserts I had during my visit to Germany. Ampulle is not an everyday restaurant, and the prices reflect that, but for a special dinner, celebration, or simply a great night out, it is absolutely worth it.
