Opening day 50% off with a slight caveat that wasn't mentioned anywhere on social media or anywhere oustide the shop window which caused delays and panic amongst customers which is "Cash only and maximum £15 discount" Lucky for me I had a cheeky £20 thats been sitting in my pocket for over a month, there no cash machine close by that's free to use and would of caused some problems. That aside the customers service from the staff was very good and my food was made quick considering the rush. My rating and order Salt and pepper mix platter £12.95 Price 5/10 Portion 7.5/10 Taste 8/10 Overall it was decent, my favourite were the wings and chicken balls , chippy chips would be so much better, the flavour of salt and pepper is on the medium side for me I've had them more potent than this which I prefer but biggest negative is price for what you get Wokchef special rice (medium flavour) £8.50 Price 7/10 Portion 8/10 Taste 6/10 Overall was slighty disappointed due to very mild taste even though inordered medium, you would need to order hot or naga to appreciate it more, the beef and chicken was decent butbtge prawns were tiny and can barely taste them, maybe king prawns would be a better alternative and spring onion , chilli's and onions as standard as I had none of them. Wokchef bbq lamb ribs £8.95 Price 7/10 Portion 6.5/10 Taste 10/10 This was my favourite due to the flavour ,its hard to describe, it's bbq sauce with a pan asian twist, I love the chilli's onions and spring onions that come with them , the pieces of ribs were very small compared to the promotion reviews I've seen all over social media. Overall prices are steep for what you get , portions are average to small but taste is good Suggestion - I think a £15 munch box/tray would make more customers try wokchef if it had a bit of everything eg few starters like prawn toast wings and bites , salt pepper chips with 2 mains half rice half noodles with beef or chicken or mix Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great Indian food spot with dishes tailored exactly to our taste. Everything was really flavourful and well prepared. I would definitely come again. Even my friend, who is a serious food critic, was very impressed. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Shame what could have had been smashing is falling apart. First visit today. First impression place looks run down. The owners/staff are kind ,However lack attention to details. Food Chai: 5/5 Pav Bhaji: 5/5 Dal Makhni: 1/5 it felt butter water with bare lentils Butter roti : felt like paratha not roti Cheese paratha: bit oily Yes the chef is accommodating in terms of cooking off the menu items. In this cost of living crisis small businesses are suffering but again this is more to do with taste/ atmosphere/ attention to details. Quantity is better than all other places x I hope you take this as positive constructive feedback xx Price per person: £30–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
