Very nice traditional pub. Friendly and a good advert for Royton hospitality. Had a quiz night on with a full 6 FREE PINTS as a prize. I went in as a damsel in distress (sort of) having broken down nearby and forgotten my phone. Isobel, the beautiful golden haired bar angel after whom the establishment must be named, was understanding and beyond helpful. She allowed me to check local garages, offered local advice and finally ordered me a cab back home. Made a rubbish day into a fun one. Bless her. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went to the angel Inn, to watch Sam Hewitt preform on 21/03/2026. It was our first time visiting the angel and I can honestly say that the atmosphere, and entertainment was great. Genuinely nice, and welcoming staff. We will definitely be visiting again. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible inside and out

Wow that's a bit of an attack, definitely isn't like deaths waiting room. We have varied ages that come in from 18 up to 70s all have a fun time doing plenty such as watching all the sports on sky and TNT. Bar football, pool, a choice of 4 dart boards to play on, with a clean and friendly atmosphere with amazing staff
