It used to be my favorite Vietnamese restaurant for both great food and drinks. I even celebrated my 50th birthday there in March, where my bill was around $900 and I happily left a $600 tip because I appreciated the service that much. I recently returned on Father's Day with my dad and unfortunately had a very different experience. We wanted to order a few shots of Martell, and there was clearly an open bottle behind the bar with about 20% left. However, we were told they could only serve what was listed on the menu and refused to pour from that bottle. It didn't make much sense and left us disappointed. We also asked about their hidden menu item, Pha Lau, which they used to serve, but were told they no longer offer it. The food quality was still good, so I have no complaints there. However, it feels like the restaurant has changed ownership or management. One of the things that made this place special was how the owner and staff recognized regular customers and made you feel genuinely welcome. That warmth and hospitality seem to be gone. While the food remains consistent, the atmosphere no longer feels like the welcoming Vietnamese restaurant I used to enjoy. It's unfortunate because this was a place where I celebrated special occasions with family and friends. Now, I'll have to look elsewhere for a restaurant that values returning customers and makes them feel appreciated. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went to Anh Tu's Kitchen (few weeks back) for some Vietnamese food. We ordered BÚN ĐẬU MẮM TÔM that translates to rice vermicelli with fried tofu and fermented shrimp paste. This pungent dish features tofu, fresh herbs, rice noodles and pork patty wrapped in rice paper, dipped in a strong smelling fermented shrimp paste. We have tried this dish before in Hanoi, Vietnam and we were very happy that they have this delicious dish here. The food tasted yummy and full of umami flavour. We are looking forward to come back to try more dishes soon. Delicious food, nice ambiance and friendly staff! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
