Ordered from here tonight and had a really poor experience. We ordered two curries (Chicken Tikka Masala and a Madras) along with rice, extra chicken, two naan breads and poppadoms – about £35 in total. When the delivery arrived, the Madras curry was missing. We called straight away and they were adamant it had been packed, even claiming they had CCTV of it being put in the bag, without even checking. They argued with my partner on the phone for around 10 minutes insisting it must be there. Eventually they agreed to send the Madras out, but the call was ended quite abruptly. The replacement curry arrived about 50 minutes later and they only sent the curry itself. By that point everything else that was meant to go with it was cold. We order from here fairly regularly and they often forget things like poppadoms, but we’ve never complained before. This time they forgot the main part of the meal and handled it really poorly. Won’t be ordering from here again. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hello, after the phone call, I sent out the replacement curry as soon as I could. I advised that it would be quicker if you had collected it. I not only had to cook it, but had to wait for my next driver to deliver it. You also live 15 minutes away from the take away, so it’s not possible to deliver in 10 minutes after cooking it. Sorry for the inconvenience . Thanks

Really nice food from here. I recommend the Naga dishes especially the jaljul if you like it hot and tasty. Delivers to bishop Auckland and has always arrived hot and ready to eat.
