The entire service team was top-notch, attentive without being intrusive, and effortless in their delivery. A special honorable mention goes to the sommelier, Adrian—his extra care, passionate recommendations, and thoughtful pairings throughout the night made the experience genuinely unforgettable. Just a phenomenal culinary journey. Still fairly underated, but not for long. Our experience at Antylia was probably the best we have ever had in Toronto. Everything, from the quality of ingredients, attention to detail, the creativity, the atmosphere, and the service and care was exceptional. We were planning our next visit before dessert.
