Because of my physical disability, I politely asked the employee at the car wash to unscrew my car antenna. The answer was "Nope, none of my business." So thank you again for nothing. There was no damage, but the car didn't come close to being clean, even though I paid for the second best wash and it was hardly pre-cleaned. I used to be a regular customer, which is now a thing of the past.
