Location great for visiting the Stadium and shopping. Only a twenty minute walk from Wembley Park Station and just ten minutes from the Stadium. I thought the service on arrival was good and we got shown up to our room . I thought the bed was comfy. Slightly hard mattress which I like. Good size bathroom with good size shower. Hot and cold water dispenser just outside our room with choices of teas and coffee. Really nice beer garden to have a few drinks at. Food was good too. We had a front room so there was some noise from the garden but it did stop by 1pm. It was a Saturday night. I just put on my noise cancelling headphones with a little music and was not effected by the noise below. Inside the building was quiet so no disturbances during the night.

I had an amazing stay at The Arch Wembley! The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Wembley Stadium, making it ideal for concerts and events. The food and drinks were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing. Great value for money with outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Arch Wembley to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

Really disappointed with service and the food oh Thursday.
Ordered a Chicken biryani and when the biryani came it was so spicy I wasn’t able to eat it. Called over one of the waiters and told him the biryani was so spicy I just couldn’t eat the biryani it was hot. His response was that it wasn’t spicy after I told him it was, trying to me that what I had said it was true.
There was another biryani ordered , in between time another waiter asked if we wanted some yogurt so we said yes. Then to discovered it cost us £2 which think was rather poor when I had complained about the chicken biryani to start with and he could have had the manners to tell us before hand it was going to cost £2.
When the new biryani came the waiter had tasted it and told us that the Biryani did taste extremely spicy which I told him that at the very beginning.
The next biryani was still very disappointing and the bowl was so full the rice was spilling all over the table when I was trying to put the rice on my plate.
I feel that the customer service was extremely poor and not even an apology when I said how spicy the biryani was.
