Unfortunately the second time round they gave us the wrong dish. Called up and the attitude of the girl was disgusting. She said "can we not do anything with it?" No...because no one eats that particular meat. Then she proceeds to blame her colleague for putting the wrong dish in the bag, tells us to collect the correct dish. Obviously we got it delivered so paid for the delivery. Why would we go to pick up? She said she cannot send another one out and told us to go through Just Eat to get a refund. Why would we do that when it was their fault in the first place? Then she proceeds to say there is nothing they can do, she doesn't want to argue and says she will hang up the phone.
Terrible customer service and won't be ordering there again.
The best thing to do would be to give the delivery driver the dish to deliver when he is out to deliver again. It's not rocket science really. If other food establishments can do this without a fuss, then why can't they. Not impressed.
