I really enjoy going to the Sportsnet Grill with friends. Good spot to get a nice view of the Jays game while eating a nice meal. The steak frites are better than I had expected so I usually order that or the salmon but they also have a lot of pub food on the menu as well. The service is great, the staff is friendly and there isn't a long wait for drinks. For anyone that hasn't tried it out yet I would recommend the grill to take in a game and hang out with friends or family. The only thing I would recommend that could change to improve the restaurant would be to have openings at the top of the windows to make the restaurant more immersive and improve the baseball experience. Would be nice to be able to hear more of the stadium and crowd during games. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CA$100+

What an above and beyond experience! My purse was to big for the ed Sheeran concert and Josh kept it for me in his locked and a sweet host had it safe when I finished the concert w my son. Above and beyond kindness!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The view of the field is excellent. Unfortunately, that was the highlight. We visited Sportsnet Bar & Grill last week with a small group. Service from the waitress was friendly enought but slow, and the food was decidedly mediocre. The place was busy but not jammed and, unfortunately, the ball game's sound did not sync with the TVs. None of that would have prompted me to write a review. The bill did. I was attempting to discreetly pay for my friends, but our waitress managed to turn what should have been a simple transaction into an awkward public discussion, becoming increasingly crass while insisting that an 18% gratuity — calculated on top of the 15% sales tax — was non-negotiable. I’m perfectly happy to tip generously for good service. I’m considerably less enthusiastic about being publicly strong-armed into an 18% gratuity for mediocre food and slow service, particularly when trying to quietly do something nice for friends. A gratuity normally says, “Thank you for looking after us.” Here, it felt rather more like a collection notice. Great location. Average food. An unpleasant finish. Toronto has far too many good places to eat for me to bother returning. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: CA$70–80
