We do find your comments surprising, as we prepare all of our food fresh to order and receive consistently positive feedback from many of our customers. While we understand that everyone’s tastes and expectations are different, descriptions such as “old and stale” do not reflect the standards we work hard to maintain every day. We’re pleased that you enjoyed the spare ribs, but if there was genuinely an issue with the rest of your order, we would have appreciated the opportunity to resolve it at the time.
