I had a very disappointing experience ordering from Asia Star through Just Eat. The restaurant is only around 15 minutes away from me, yet it took nearly an hour before my order was marked as delivered. The problem is that I never actually received it. The courier only sent two messages saying “Hello” and “I am here.” I immediately replied asking where they were, but I received no response. My delivery instructions clearly stated that the order should be delivered to my door, but the courier never came to my door and never told me where the food had supposedly been left. I checked outside my building as soon as the order was marked as delivered, but there was nothing there. I also tried calling the restaurant, but I couldn’t get through. After contacting Just Eat, I was told the courier had left the order in a “secure location,” but no one has been able to tell me where that location was or provide any evidence of the delivery. Unfortunately, I paid for food that I never received. I can see from other reviews that I’m not the only customer who has experienced similar delivery issues. Based on my experience, I would not order from here again. Price per person: £20–30 Service: 1

Hands down the best special fried rice I have had in London. Salt and pepper anything is also a standout and I keep constantly working my way through the menu every time as it’s always so good Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5
