I'm a local and have been coming here a while. Everything I've eaten from here has tasted amazing, I especially love the pizza. It's really reasonably priced, and everything seems clean. Food takes about 5-15 minutes. The folks who work here are super friendly, professional, and generous with portion sizes. Great fish and chips/kebab/pizza spot!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: £1–10

The food is lovely however recently the customer service was awful! I ordered two meals online plus two drinks due to not being well. When my delivery arrived my drinks were missing. I called the delivery driver on several occasions but no answer. I called Atlantic Fish Bar for assistance and was spoken to by a man that works for the establishment and whom I know in a very belligerent manner and without any consideration. I explained that my drinks were not delivered and the man on the line said that I should have come to the shop instead of ordering online. I proceeded to let him know that I was in fact unwell due to an eye infection, which was affecting my vision. He replied that I was making a long story. He also said that I should call the delivery man and ask him for my drinks and put the phone down on me. I did my best to resolve the issue on my own and was referred back to Atlantic Fish Bar. Due to sheer principle I had to go to the shop to ask for my drinks in person because I had paid for them. I was given my drinks but was further met with abrasive verbal talk by said man whom I had the conversation with on the phone. He did not apologize at all. The second gentleman who was serving behind the counter thankfully listened to what I had to say and apologised to me for all that had happened. Needless to say I was happy to receive my drinks in the end but was not happy with how I was treated in the first instance. Manners, empathy, consideration and commen courtesy goes a long way and is standard for Customer Service.
