Not the worst I've stayed at but not great. Room is very glamorously decorated but there are aspects that are a bit run down, such as the snapped blind cord and leaky bath pipes which led to me having to put a towel down next to the bath. Communication of how to get in/out of the venue after the main entrance closes was inconsistent and I did have to call the out of hours number. Room was quite cold (Bear in mind this is in December, so it's very cold outside) due to the single radiator that didn't always work and single glazed windows that allowed cold and noise in quite easily, though admittedly no noise from the busy bar, which had very polite staff and great drinks. Not sure I'd stay here again, but not bad for what it was. Service: 4

I had a lovely stay at the Auction House this week. I specially requested a spicy margarita and despite it not being on the menu bar staff Caitlin made me an phenomenal drink, I don’t think anything will be able to top it! Highly recommend I will be returning asap! Service: 5
