From check in interrupted by a friendly bantam rooster to a well furnished, comfortable room to delicious dinner serenaded by a quartet of starlings, Augustusgabe is a rustic delight. The staff were friendly; coping magnificently with our mangled German. We highly recommend this hotel/restaurant.
