I recently attended an event at AVA, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the outset, the service was terrible. The most disappointing part was when my food never arrived. I had placed my order well in advance, but after over an hour of waiting, I had to ask about it. The staff member I spoke to was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my concerns. Eventually, the event organizer approached me and did apologize for the mistake, but his apology came with a lack of genuine sincerity. When I expressed my frustration, he became defensive and rude, attempting to excuse the poor behavior rather than taking full responsibility. His tone was dismissive, and instead of trying to resolve the issue, he seemed more concerned with justifying the situation. While the apology was appreciated, the lack of professionalism, both from the staff and the event organizer, left a sour taste. I was treated with disrespect, and it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: £90–100
