Horrible service at Mexicali. One of the guys working there was too arrogant all the time, mocking us and being unbothered to provide a good service. We asked him if we could order in english, because we don’t speak german, he said: “in english? Well can you speak any other language?” Then he said english is fine. This definitely set the tone for the rest of the interaction with this individual, which by the way it was the one with the glasses. At some point he gave me the food and I asked him for a napkin, since he didn’t give us any. He said: “oh, you want a napkin? But of course”, with this arrogant tone of voice. So he literally gave me just one, although there were two of us eating. I didn’t think I have to explain that when you ask for a napkin for two people eating you don’t have to literally give me just ONE. Anyway, I asked him for another napkin, and with a smile on his face he said: “just one?” And started laughing. I, of course, didn’t laugh his stupid attitude off, so I basically left. Terrible attitude, and miserable service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30
