This was my first experience with B Boyz and I wanted to love the food but they weren’t allowing anyone dining inside so my food got cold when I got home. I got the two $6 July 4th deals and ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich and the BB Classic Burger. The chicken, mild sauce and brioche bun would have tasted fantastic but it took me 1/2 hour to get home so it was cold and wasn’t crispy. I had to microwave it so it tasted better. The Classic Burger also would have tasted better if I could have eaten it while it was fresh and hot in the restaurant. And unfortunately the slice of tomato I got was tiny and sad looking so I had to add a fresh slice when I got home. I shouldn’t have to do that! Their toppings list was also a bit confusing with the list having some items extra cost. The counter service I got was good and I appreciated getting a side of pickles because I didn’t see it on the list at when I was ordering. The vibe was bright in this small location but was too tight with the few tables there so close to the counter which was hard to get to from the door. They need a sign saying where to order too because it’s not clear. Again I wish I could have eaten there when my food was hot and fresh but they weren’t allowing it today. I've been to B Boyz before, and their Oreo milkshakes are usually delicious, so this experience was really disappointing. My friend and I ordered two Oreo milkshakes a couple of days ago on July 1 around 7 pm, and I think there was a different worker this time—a guy with glasses and a short beard he was also wearing a hat as he was in all black clothes. The service was poor. We waited about 30 minutes for our milkshakes, and while I understand that it can get busy, the drinks felt rushed and were made very watery instead of thick and creamy like they usually are. We politely asked if they could remake them thicker because they weren't what we paid for, but the guy refused and the whole experience was disappointing. If you're going to take that long, at least make the milkshakes properly. Waiting 30 minutes just to get a watery milkshake felt like a waste of money. The morning staff deserve credit because they've always done a great job, and that's why I keep coming back. I hope management speaks with the evening staff about making the milkshakes properly and providing better service so every customer gets the same quality. Overall, 2/10. Tonight I had a burger at B Boyz The Burger Architect, and it was amazing! The service provided by Anas was excellent, very friendly, professional, and welcoming. He made a really delicious burger with great quality and fresh ingredients. Everything tasted perfect and fresh. Highly recommend this place for tasty burgers and outstanding customer service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50
