I went back to the counter and returned all the food without even taking a bite out of anything i told them i want a refund due to me being pregnant i cannot eat food like this and neither would i like to try anything else. At first a lady came out claiming to be a manager,, when i asked for a refund she clearly denied being a manager and said that it is company policy we can make u fresh food but will not refund you.
I own my own restaurant there is mo company policy that you cannot refund a customer if your food is not eatabble.
Then she claimed oh she cant refund me because i paid by card. Her name was sana hassan. Terrible terrible customer service. Then she tells my mother that u guys dont know about food our food is always fresh u dont know what u have been eating. How rude!!!! I dont know how she has been hired i will be making further complaints to the headquaters. Especially for people that come from anither town and have to face people and takeaways like this
