The burgers were so delicious, tasty, and full of flavour. You can choose from chicken burgers as well, and the chips were excellent – not greasy at all. The sauces were awesome and went perfectly with the meal. The portions were a little small, but everything tasted fresh and high quality. The restaurant was very busy, which shows how popular it is, and you can tell they make their food fresh every day. I downloaded the app and got a discount, plus I won a free burger reward, which was a nice bonus. Adil was very helpful with the rewards and provided great customer service. The restaurant was also clean, and the tables were cleared regularly. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. BIM'S Edmonton never disappoints! On this visit, the food was absolutely outstanding. The **Algerian Chicken Supreme** was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and incredibly satisfying. The **Mayo Chicken Supreme** was juicy and delicious, while the **Chicken Fingers** were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The fries were fresh, hot, and the perfect complement to the meal. What truly elevated the experience, however, was **Azeem's exceptional service**. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, professional, and attentive. He made excellent recommendations, ensured our order was prepared exactly as requested, and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our meal. His positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction made us feel genuinely welcomed. Great food can bring customers in, but outstanding service is what keeps them coming back—and Azeem delivered exactly that. Between the delicious menu items and Azeem's top-notch hospitality, this was an easy **5-star experience**. Dear Bim’s, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent food order I placed on 16/06/2025 through Uber Eats from Bim’s Edmonton. I ordered two burgers, two drinks, six chicken nuggets, and sauces, and specifically requested fast delivery. Unfortunately, not only did the order arrive significantly late, but it was also incomplete and incorrect. One of the burgers arrived without a burger patty — meaning no meat at all — and the order was missing one drink and the chicken nuggets entirely. Due to the poor condition and missing items, I had no choice but to drive to the restaurant myself at approximately 1:10 AM to resolve the issue. However, I was informed that a refund could not be processed at the store level since the order was placed through Uber Eats. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given the time and inconvenience involved. I expect a full refund for this order and would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.
