We sincerely apologise for the issues you faced with the drinks, delays in service, missing menu items, and most importantly the unavailability of the veg biryani. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly when you had chosen us based on the reputation of our sister restaurants and were looking forward to specific dishes from our Awadhi menu. Your feedback has been shared with our management and kitchen teams as it highlights areas where we clearly fell short, both in planning and execution. While we are still refining operations following our opening, this is not the experience we aim to provide to any guest.
