Refused toilet use to my 34 week pregnant wife even after she offered to buy something, there's no decency - absolutely disgusting behaviour

I always stop here to fuel my car. But this morning I stopped to use the toilet, and despite being a frequent customer, the man working there rejected me in a very rude way « only customers ». Is this really the way BP treats their loyal customers?

This is the worst petrol station I've ever seen. The employees, especially one of them, were very rude, as if they were there just to be rude to customers. They'd abandoned their work to use the restroom. 0 stars, and this petrol station will lose a lot of customers.
