Customer service is awful and there is never any recognition of the bp fuel loyalty card. Its like they dont care. The very poor customer service continues to damage bp reputation. If bp really cared, why are they not addressing the many negative reviews?

Toilets are closed apparently been,for 6 weeks.Staff member said somme sort of pump issue.Where do the staff go?

Pass here regularly on a long commute home and without fail the toilets are always out of order, and the small times they are open theyre always absolutely disgusting, staff unresponsive, sit for several minutes at times waiting on fuel being dispensed, if you’re dying for the toilet your next best bets a service station 30 minutes away
