A filling station with a Greg's, and other eating places and they charge if you park for more than 45 minutes, so you fill up your car with fuel, 5 minutes, you wait in line to pay, another 5 minutes, you wait to place an order at Greg's, 5 minutes, you buy a Costa coffee and pay at the till, another 5 minutes, you eat and drink the food, 15 minutes, you visit the rest room, 5 minutes and then check your phone for messages, 5 minutes Bingo they fine you £60 Well they caught me once, never again will I stop in a BP filling station, oh and there is cheaper fuel nearby.
