Member of staff ( male cashier) was rude and aggressive when we asked for a cappuccino. He stared at us and said "we only do normal coffee mate". Thinking we must have misheard we asked again to which he repeated "we only do normal coffee mate". Terrible customer service, obviously couldn't be bothered to use the cappuccino machine that was right behind him.

Pathetic staff(Male Cashier) at the counter(on 19-Jan-2026 at 8:35pm), rude and harsh behavior. We will not use this bp station for fuel or M&S for food anymore.
